Holiday Ticket Auction Information

Our annual holiday ticket auction is being held online this year, on November 21 at 7:00pm, due to the pandemic. Don't worry, though; we still have a lot of wonderful items for you.

About the Auction


If you're new to this event, the proceeds from the auction go to support our church's many community outreach programs, such as the Geneva Food Pantry, our prayer shawl ministry, our teen moms program and our Grief Share program. How it Works


If you're not familiar with the event, it is similar to a Chinese auction, where you buy tickets for "bids", those tickets are put in a bag corresponding to the item(s) you want, and a winner is drawn from each bag the night of the auction.

You can view the auction items on our Facebook page ( starting on 11/04/2020 and see a more in depth live preview on November 13 at 6:00pm and on November 21 (before the auction) at 4:00pm. The winning tickets will be pulled live on Facebook starting at 7pm on November 21.


How to Buy Tickets

You can purchase tickets any of the following ways:

  • On this website, beginning at 5:30pm on November 6 ( a link will become available on this page at that time)

  • In-person at the church after services on November 8 & 15 and November 14 & 20 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm

  • By telephone on Tuesdays and Fridays at 440-466-3706 from November 10 - 20 from 9:00am to 5:00pm


Tickets are $1 per bid or 24 tickets for $20. (There is a $10 minimum on online orders.) Note: To order "24 tickets for $20", simply purchase 20 tickets and we will automatically apply the 4 free tickets for you. In the comment section at check-out, please tell us which baskets you would like the extra 4 tickets to go. 

NO tickets will be sold after 5:30pm on November 21. 


How You Get your Items


If your ticket is drawn, you'll be contacted by someone from the church. (You don't have to be on the live Facebook event to win.) You can pick up your item(s) at the church on November 23 - 25 or after church on November 22. We will also ship most items to out-of-town winners at cost. (Winners pay shipping.)
